Payment Terms

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total account is required to secure your booking.

A further 25% of the total account is required 3 months prior to your wedding.

The Final Payment is required 14 days before the event. We ask that final numbers are confirmed 48 hours prior to the event as we will charge your confirmed numbers. Any balances left on your account will be invoiced and are to be paid in full within 21 days.

Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Credit or Debit card.

Price

Every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of quotations; however we reserve the right to revise the price of goods and service costs beyond our control. Customers will be notified of any increases prior to the function taking place. All prices are subject to VAT at the current standard rate.

Amendments to numbers

Final numbers must be confirmed at least seven working days prior to the event.
If final numbers differ from the original booking and changes are not confirmed the higher number will be charged.

Damages

All items hired will be delivered to the customer in good condition. We reserve the right to charge in full for any equipment damaged whilst in the customers care.

Delivery/Collection

We endeavour to deliver goods at the time agreed with the customer. However due to circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible.
Collection of any equipment will be made at a time and location as agreed with the customer.

Cancellation

Cancellation of confirmed booking within 48 hours 100% Catering costs.
Cancellation of confirmed booking up to five working days before the event will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the Catering cost.
